		<description><![CDATA[By Ray Myers, Jr., PMP Every PMP must agree to the PMI Code of Ethics as a condition of the PMP certification.  Over time however, it seems that the Code of Ethics slips into the background as we grind through our daily project work.  In fact, the Code of Ethics is not even printed in the latest version of the PMBOK (V4).  Seems like a major oversight to me.  Regardless, it’s good to review to Code from time to time to remind us that we do have a Professional Responsibility to our clients, our colleagues, ourselves, and the profession.
